» Ingredients
» 1 medium banana or fruit of choice
» 1/4 cups yogurt or tofu
» 1 to 2 tablespoons concentrated fruit juice
» 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
» 1/3 cups soy milk
» 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
» 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
» Dash cinnamon or mace
» Directions
» Blend all together until creamy smooth.
