» Ingredients
» 1 apple, cored, peeled, and sliced
» 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
» 1/2 cups filtered water
» 1/2 cups ice
» 1 (2?inch) piece fresh gingerroot, peeled and crushed
» Directions
» This is a good smoothie for a queasy tummy. Drink it slowly. Blend all
ingredients until smooth.
